We want you to be completely satisfied with your tea purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we’re here to help! Please review our in-store return policy below:

Eligibility for Returns
- Tea products are eligible for return only if unopened and in their original, sealed packaging. We cannot accept returns for opened or used items due to the nature of the product.

Timeframe
- Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase or delivery. After this period, we unfortunately cannot process a return or exchange.

Return Process
- To return an item, please bring your order confirmation or receipt and the unopened tea box to our store.
- Our team will inspect the product and assist you with an exchange.

Exchanges Only
- We do not offer cash refunds. However, you are welcome to exchange the product for:
- Another tea product of equal value, or
- A credit of equal value to be used toward a sit-down tea experience at our teahouse. This credit is valid only on the date of exchange.

- Opened or used tea products are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

- Delivery charges and custom wrapping fees are non-refundable, even in the event of an exchange.
